Hello all,

A fellow physician friend of mine from overseas forwarded this information to me. She got this from Dr. Negreen. 

The Chinese now understand the nature of the COVID-19 virus based on autopsies they were able to carry out. This virus is characterized by, obstructing respiratory pathways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs. In order to be able to apply medicine, these airways must be unblocked and allowed to take effect. Their (Chinese) recommendation for what you can do to safe guard yourself is:

1.     Drink lots of hot liquids, coffee, soups, teas and warm water, as often as possible throughout the day.

2.     Take sip of warm water every twenty minutes, this will keep mouth moist and will wash any of the virus into the gut. This virus is very volatile so it can be destroyed before it becomes a serious infection. The gastric fluids will neutralize the virus before it can get to the lungs; therefore take sips of warm water every twenty minutes. I have a pot of fresh chopped ginger and water in my crock-pot that is set on high so it is like a hot ginger tea. I drink a ladle of this throughout the day every twenty minutes. 

3.     Gargle with an antiseptic and warm water, such as vinegar, salt or lemon, every day. 

4.     The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes, and any detergent soap will kill it so you must take a shower as soon as you arrive home from outings and do not sit down anywhere go straight into the shower. Wash clothes daily if that is not possible hang them in direct sunlight, which will neutralize the virus. 

5.     Wash metallics, such as utensils and those stainless steel water bottles, and surfaces very carefully because the virus can remain viable for up to 9 days. Take note and be vigilant about touching hand rails and door handles.

6.     Do not smoke!

7.     Wash your hands every twenty minutes with a soap that foams for twenty-seconds minimum. 

8.     Eat fruits and veggies, the key is to increase you vitamin C and zinc levels as they work together. If you cannot get fresh veggies and fruits take supplements of C and Zinc. 

9.     Animals do not spread the virus to people.

10. Try to avoid getting the common flu. 

11. Avoid eating and drink cold food and drinks.

12. If you feel a sore throat coming on attack it immediately using the above method. The virus enters system this way and remains in the throat for 3-4 days before entering the lungs.
